  • (3) Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 18.
  • (4) When struck in combat has a 2% chance of freezing the attacker in place for 3 sec.
  • (5) Your spellcasts have a 5% chance to energize you for 200 mana.
  • (6) Restores 8 mana per 5 sec.
