First balance pass of the beta
The first balance changes of the beta, put online during the September 24 maintenance, with the Cooldown Manager, a Statistics tab, Discord voice chat and new gamepad options. Wands no longer gain spell power, Wizard Oils go back to their Classic values, the hunter pets' Furious Howl gives 40% less attack power, and a respec costs 1 silver for now.

Known issues in this build (10)
- Banes and curses stop tracking in the Cooldown Manager after re-acquiring the target.
- Healthstone cooldown cannot be tracked.
- Priest tracks all spells by default.
- Arcane Blast cannot be tracked.
- Mana gem requires an additional spell cast for cooldown tracking.
- Party composition changes may transfer you to a different world instance.
- Pet cooldowns cannot be tracked.
- Item enhancements (Windfury, poisons) cannot be tracked.
- Stormwind minimap display issues.
- Personal Resource Display does not show combo points.

Stability and gamepad build
Fixes display and stability issues on Macs. Controller navigation works properly in the character selection screen, and you can now interact with quest-giving items on gamepad. Includes other fixes not testable in-game.
