Quest ID

Classic 1.12 data, not Forever data. The game files do not include quest texts, so this page uses the free CMaNGOS Classic-DB database. Objectives, rewards, experience and positions may have changed in WoW Forever.

In WoW Forever

  • The WoW Forever beta client (build 1.60.1.70205) includes this quest by its number (5235). That does not confirm its text, objectives or rewards are unchanged.

Objectives

  • Collect 1 × Gahrron's Withering Cauldron Key
  • Collect 1 × Empty Gahrron's Withering Bottle

You get on accepting it: Empty Gahrron's Withering Bottle

Quest text: Go to Gahrron's Withering in Western Plaguelands to locate and defeat the Cauldron Lord present there, and use its key to gain access to the cauldron. You must have the Empty Gahrron's Withering Bottle with you to secure a sample of the poisons used inside the cauldron.
