Quest ID

Classic 1.12 data, not Forever data. The game files do not include quest texts, so this page uses the free CMaNGOS Classic-DB database. Objectives, rewards, experience and positions may have changed in WoW Forever.

In WoW Forever

  • The WoW Forever beta client (build 1.60.1.70205) includes this quest by its number (6601). That does not confirm its text, objectives or rewards are unchanged.

Objectives

  • Collect 1 × Dull Drakefire Amulet

You get on accepting it: Dull Drakefire Amulet

Quest text: It would appear as if the charade is over. You know that the Amulet of Draconic Subversion that Myranda the Hag created for you will not function inside Blackrock Spire. Perhaps you should find Rexxar and explain your predicament. Show him the Dull Drakefire Amulet. Hopefully he will know what to do next.

Starts

  • EmberstrifeClassic position: Dustwallow Marsh 56.7 · 87.7 · View on the map

Ends

  • Rexxar <Champion of the Horde>Classic position: Feralas 46.4 · 18.2 · View on the map

Classic 1.12 coordinates on the Forever map; it may be elsewhere in Forever.

Rewards

Classic experience
5,450

CMaNGOS calculation for Classic 1.12: full value up to 5 levels above the quest, less after that. It may differ in Forever.

Classic 1.12 rewards. Blizzard says quest rewards were updated or expanded in Forever, so they may differ.
