Classic 1.12 data, not Forever data. The game files do not include quest texts, so this page uses the free CMaNGOS Classic-DB database. Objectives, rewards, experience and positions may have changed in WoW Forever.

In WoW Forever

  • The WoW Forever beta client does not include this quest in its list. Neither does the Classic Era client, where the quest is in the game: that list does not hold every quest, so we cannot confirm it is still in Forever.

Objectives

  • Collect 1 × Desecrated Sabatons
  • Collect 12 × Wartorn Plate Scrap
  • Collect 2 × Arcanite Bar
  • Collect 3 × Cured Rugged Hide

Quest text: Korfax at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands will make Dreadnaught Sabatons if you bring him the following items: 1 Desecrated Sabatons, 12 Wartorn Plate Scraps, 2 Arcanite Bars and 3 Cured Rugged Hides.

Starts

  • Korfax, Champion of the Light <Brotherhood of the Light>Classic position: Eastern Plaguelands 72.0 · 48.5 · View on the map

Ends

  • Korfax, Champion of the Light <Brotherhood of the Light>Classic position: Eastern Plaguelands 72.0 · 48.5 · View on the map

Classic 1.12 coordinates on the Forever map; it may be elsewhere in Forever.

Rewards

You get:

Reputation
+250 Silverwing Sentinels
+250 Stormpike Guard
+250 The League of Arathor

Classic 1.12 rewards. Blizzard says quest rewards were updated or expanded in Forever, so they may differ.

Requirements

  • Minimum reputation: Honored with Argent Dawn

Quest chain

Requires: Echoes of War 60

Classic 1.12 quest data: CMaNGOS Classic-DB (1.12.1 "Melting Pot v2", z2815), licensed under GPL v3 (github.com/cmangos/classic-db). Quest texts © Blizzard Entertainment, in their original English; we do not translate them. Zone, item, faction and spell names: WoW Forever beta client (build 1.60.1.70205).

Quest titles, NPC names and quest texts are shown in English, as the Classic data has them.
