What it does

  1. When Seal of Fury's shield is fully absorbed, restore 0 Mana, increased by 15% per level the attacker is above you, up to 45%.

Numbers are the client base values, without attack power or spell power.

Requirements

  • 10 points spent in the rows above it in Protection.
  • Level 20 at least, without the Legacy “Talented” node, which moves the first talent points earlier.
