Swamp of Sorrows
Quest ID

Classic 1.12 data, not Forever data. The game files do not include quest texts, so this page uses the free CMaNGOS Classic-DB database. Objectives, rewards, experience and positions may have changed in WoW Forever.

In WoW Forever

  • The WoW Forever beta client (build 1.60.1.70205) includes this quest by its number (3374). That does not confirm its text, objectives or rewards are unchanged.
  • In the Forever client, Oathstone of Ysera's Dragonflight starts this quest.

Objectives

You get on accepting it: Oathstone of Ysera's Dragonflight

Quest text: Bring the Oathstone of Ysera's Dragonflight and the Chained Essence of Eranikus to Itharius in the Swamp of Sorrows. It is there that you will make your choice to aid Ysera's Dragonflight or not.

Starts

  • Starts with Oathstone of Ysera's Dragonflight

Ends

Classic 1.12 coordinates on the Forever map; it may be elsewhere in Forever.

Rewards

550

CMaNGOS calculation for Classic 1.12: full value up to 5 levels above the quest, less after that. It may differ in Forever.

Classic 1.12 rewards. Blizzard says quest rewards were updated or expanded in Forever, so they may differ.
