Quest ID

Classic 1.12 data, not Forever data. The game files do not include quest texts, so this page uses the free CMaNGOS Classic-DB database. Objectives, rewards, experience and positions may have changed in WoW Forever.

In WoW Forever

  • The WoW Forever beta client (build 1.60.1.70205) includes this quest by its number (4121). That does not confirm its text, objectives or rewards are unchanged.
  • Blizzard says dungeon quests give extra experience beyond normal quest values in Forever, and build 1.60.1.70170 halved that extra. No figures were given, and the Classic experience on this page does not include it. Source See it in the list of changes

Objectives

  • Collect 1 × Thorium Shackles

Quest text: Escort your prisoner, Grark Lorkrub, through Burning Steppes and through Blackrock Mountain to the Searing Gorge.
You recall Lexlort mentioning that he would have his men waiting on the other side to take Grark into custody.
You will also be required to hand over your Thorium Shackles to Lexlort.
