Of these 17 items, 4 already have different values in the beta. 49 drops from the external databases are left out because the item is not in this site's item database (for example the level-80 Onyxia loot listed by AtlasLoot, or quest items).
Tier sets
Blizzard has not said whether Onyxia drops tier pieces in Forever. Her Classic table includes helms from Classic sets (see the loot below).6

New tier sets
Blizzard announced that Hyjal Summit and the Barrow Deeps bring raid encounters and new tier sets.2
Legacy points
Raids grant 3 Legacy points: one for defeating Onyxia, one for defeating all 13 Hyjal Summit bosses and one for all 8 Barrow Deeps bosses.37

Epic raid appearances
The appearance of an epic raid item only unlocks for the player who gets the item (when it binds), not for the whole raid.4
Raiding by ruleset
You can only raid with players of your own faction who chose the same ruleset (Normal, PvP, Roleplaying or Hardcore).4
