What it did in Classic
This Classic Era talent is not in the Forever talent trees.
In Forever it is no longer a talent but a Druid ability learned at level 20: Omen of Clarity
Imbues the Druid with natural energy. Each of the Druid's melee attacks and non-instant spell casts has a chance of causing the caster to enter a Clearcasting state. The Clearcasting state reduces the Mana, Rage or Energy cost of your next damage or healing spell or offensive ability by 100%. Lasts 10 min.
Numbers are the client base values, without attack power or spell power.
Compared with Classic
In Classic it was in Balance, row 3, column 3, with 1 rank.
