What it does

1. Non-periodic critical strikes with Fireball, Frostfire Bolt, Fire Blast, and Scorch reduce the cast time of your next Pyroblast cast within 20 sec by 25%, stacking up to 3 times.

Numbers are the client base values, without attack power or spell power.

Requirements

• 15 points spent in the rows above it in Fire.
• Level 25 at least, without the Legacy “Talented” node, which moves the first talent points earlier.
