WoW Forever Assassination Rogue BiS at level 30
Summary
This is the site’s suggestion for Assassination Rogue at level 30, not an official list: we use our Assassination stat weights to score every item a Rogue can use with a required level of 30 or lower, and pick the best one for each slot. Level 30 is the current beta level cap.
Stat priority of the list, per point: Agility > Strength > Attack Power > Stamina. Percentage stats count too, per 1%: hit and critical strike. On weapons, main-hand DPS matters most.

More on Assassination Rogue
Reasoning: Dagger required in the main hand for Backstab. 1 agility = 1 AP + crit (≈29 agi per 1%) + dodge; 1 strength = 1 AP, hence roughly half the value. Seal Fate turns crits into extra combo points, so crit weighs a lot, and hit even more since dual wielding misses 19% more and poisons miss too. Main-hand dagger DPS weighs more than for Combat because Backstab scales with weapon damage; the off hand only applies poisons, the faster the better.
Heads up: the beta is capped at level 30 and the weights are indicative, tuned for level 60 with no simulations behind them. Sources come from the WoWSims Forever database and, for items that already existed in Classic, from the Classic 1.12 database (CMaNGOS Classic-DB, marked "Classic data": they may change in Forever); an item without a source may not be obtainable yet. Set bonuses and procs are not scored. Everything will change with each build.
