What it does

1. Shifting Power's cost is reduced by effects that reduce the cost of Shapeshifting.

Numbers are the client base values, without attack power or spell power.

Requirements

• 15 points spent in the rows above it in Feral Combat.
• Level 25 at least, without the Legacy “Talented” node, which moves the first talent points earlier.
