Enhancement Shaman

Enhancement is one of the three Shaman talent trees in WoW Forever. Its tree has 18 talents: 6 new, 3 changed, 7 moved and 2 same as in Classic. Forever removes 5 Classic talents from this tree. Our best-in-slot (BiS) list treats it as a DPS spec.

Enhancement best-in-slot (BiS) gear

The site’s suggestion, not an official list: we score the beta items with our stat weights for each level. The beta is capped at level 30.

Top picks at level 60

  • Main hand
    1. Might of Menethilitem level 89 · Two-Hand · Drops from Kel'Thuzad · Naxxramas (Classic data)
    2. Dark Edge of Insanityitem level 84 · Two-Hand · Drops from C'Thun · Ahn'Qiraj (Classic data)
  • Head
    1. Crown of Destructionitem level 76 · Drops from Ragnaros · Molten Core (Classic data)
    2. Southwind Helmitem level 74 · Drops from Moam · Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj (Classic data)
  • Chest
    1. Ghoul Skin Tunicitem level 83 · Drops from Death Touched Warrior · Naxxramas (Classic data)
    2. Timbermaw Tunicitem level 61 · Crafted: Leatherworking

The two highest-scoring pieces in three slots. It is a forecast: until the beta reaches 60, items and their sources may change.

Why these weights

Enhancement in Classic Era has no dual wield: it is a slow two-hander with Windfury Weapon, which adds two extra attacks with weapon damage, hence the heavy weight on speed. 1 strength = 2 AP; agility gives crit and dodge; crit is worth more thanks to Flurry. Intellect and spell power count for Shocks and totems.

Races that can be a Shaman

The races that can pick the class in WoW Forever. The ones marked new are combinations Classic did not have.
