New talents

Lightning Overload
Gives your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning spells a 10% chance to cast a second, similar spell on the same target at no additional cost that causes half damage and no threat.
Earthbound
Your Earthbind Totem Immobilizes nearby targets for 5 sec when cast.
Lava Burst
You hurl molten lava at the target, dealing 164 Fire damage. If your Flame Shock is on the target, Lava Burst deals 20% increased damage.

Why these weights

Elemental casts Lightning Bolt, Lava Burst and Earth Shock: spell power (and specific nature damage) first, then intellect, which also gives crit. Crit is worth ~10 with Elemental Fury, which Forever moves down to row 6: while leveling without that talent, crit is worth less. Mana runs out fast: mana per 5 s gets a solid weight. No ranged slot: totems are not scored. Weapon + shield, weapon + off-hand item and staff are compared.
